Dinner Disclosure, 9/20


Ok, this is a little fancier than my usual dinner disclosure, but it is a Sunday night dinner.

I had some duck legs in the freezer from…well, quite a while ago, and figured it was time to use them. This was prompted by a trip to the Vietnamese grocery story where I bought the legs…quite a while ago.

The duck legs were slathered in char siu sauce and roasted with some carrots. The bok choy was prepared using this recipe, except I accidentally reduced the sauce a bit too much, so that didn’t work out too well.
