Ready set dinner

Oil into heating pan, small onion follows, then the garlic.

Begin shredding Brussels sprouts, add to pan as they’ve been shredded.

Saute, saute, saute.

Mix up an egg with some grated cheese, add a splash of white wine.

Pull the pan off the heat, add the eggy mixture and stir stir stir.

Eat while watching this week’s Glee episode and ponder making a second round because it was it was that damn good.
